Free Relocation Package.

If you are thinking of relocating to the Jacksonville area, I have a wonderful relocation package that I would be happy to send to you. Included in this package is a great book full of full color pictures & maps. It has everything you would want to know about the city. My favorite part of the book is the neighborhood section. It maps out all the areas of town and gives a little history of each area. It also explains what is popular about that area. I also have a great educational book, which gives information on public and private schools in the area including academic ratings.

Since Jacksonville/Duval County is so large, it does take a little time to get to know. Did you know Jacksonville is the largest city in the US by “land mass”?

If you would like a relocation package, just fill out the form below to get started! Please include a short “wish list” if you would like me to include actual listings. Please provide your mailing address, as this must be sent via US mail.

If you are planning a trip in the future, I would be happy to arrange a tour of pertinent areas that would appease your lifestyle, relocation is one of my specialties!

By submitting this form with your telephone number you are consenting for this website’s authorized representatives to contact you even if your name is on the Federal “Do not call List”

I would love to hear more from you!

  • This blog is definitely rather handy since I’m at the moment creating an internet floral website – although I am only starting out therefore it’s really fairly small, nothing like this site. Can link to a few of the posts here as they are quite. Thanks much.

Currently my husband and I live in Las Vegas, NV. We are both in our early 30′s. I’m a high school teacher and he is a warehouse manager. We are considering either the Jacksonville/St. Augustine, Orlando, or Tampa areas. I’m originally from the northeast and still have family there and his family lives out west so we are choosing Florida to be in a warm location that is equally distant to both our families. We do not have any children and are not looking to have children anytime soon. We do have a medium sized dog.

I will be looking for jobs in more urban areas as I prefer to work in a diverse school with struggling students as that is my background. However, we do not want to live in such an area. We want to make sure we live in a very safe and affordable neighborhood with many options of activities and people near our age. We are past the young party stage of life but still enjoy being active. We like to go out to get a drink once in a while but would also like to stay home and barbecue with friends other times. We love the beach and swimming. We also enjoy hiking, bike riding, and going to the park.

We have been saving the past few years to buy a house. We are just about ready but we want to make sure we buy a house in a place we plan to stay more permanently. All of this will depend mostly on if my husband and I can find equitable jobs to what we have now. We had also thought of the possibility if we can’t find a house right away, we would get an apartment down there for about 6 months first which might give us time to search for houses.

In addition, we are planning a trip to Florida to visit these 3 areas during the first week in April to start looking around. We would be looking to make the full move this summer around July before the next school year starts.

any information or help would be great.

    Thank you!

  • Hey, I think your website might be having browser compatibility issues.

When I look at your blog in Firefox, it looks fine
but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping.
I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, great blog!

  • Amazing post. I’ve got a question. As a web site owner, just how long did it require for your blog website to become profitable? Likewise what do you like most with regards to blogging?
