Um your best bet is to work with a realtor I would think. I dont know of any free websites. Check your local newspaper, sometimes they are advertised in there, a lot of times actually.

The banks have their own websites that list the current inventory of foreclosures so there is no need to pay a service. Go to http://www.searchreoproperties.com to see a list of the official bank websites.
