What is the best way to go about finding foreclosed houses in Florida?
The market is great for buying and is going to get better. My husband and I would like to find foreclosures and try to find a great deal! Any suggestions?

drive around the area’s that you think will offer the most value/ best deals and look for signs in yards. lots of times bank owned property is not marketed as well as listing with traditional real estate agents/ brokers.
the bank has a list for the faa they have a list the va has a list and farmers home has a list. you can buy one of thease for ten cents on the dollar.. but you will have to do a lot of repair.. and believe me its easier and cheaper than it looks.. ok. gilermo.
I would do a web search but you need to be careful when looking at houses that are foreclosed. Some of them may need some work or a tremendous amount of work. Good Luck!
Misti….Go to http://www.realestateofficestore.com and you will find some very useful information. You can use RealtyTrac and Foreclosure.com both for free if you wish. Hope this helps out. They keep updating the site all the time.
