More Florida Commercial Real Estate Collapse Empty Vacant Office Space
Need to lease any office space? There is more and more available in Florida and other places around the country. If this continues many more companies will be out of business and bankrupt. I’ve heard over 150K businesses went bust last year.
Thank you for … Thank you for posting this. I found this originally back when you only had a few hundred views (May or April, maybe). I know it’s awkward to say but nice to know I’m not alone. I’m in Phoenix, Arizona and it’s HORRIBLE. Com. Real Estate collapse and even worse job market!!! I wish you and all good luck…
Yes and we stopped … Yes and we stopped that and look what happened we have 15 million unemployed and the insurance is running out, they now have two choices either homelessness or crime,Now crime incarceration does cost money about 30k per year.Homelessness doesnt cost that much.
Big thumbs up, and … Big thumbs up, and all the people who bought into all of that. I never bought a 250k house becaus eit would take my whole life to pay it back. And if I woulda, all my hard work woulda gone down the drain. For a life in suburbia. I buy houses form 1k- 20k cash. Now i have g/s
Thats a perspective … Thats a perspective, I say worthwhile US treasury bonds, and you say the opposite. But ultimately, you and I have a choice to compete for the profit with other US currency stashed nations, especially oil producing nations.
You are right, as … You are right, as far as commercial real eastate may take longer than residence homes. But that too will have its day, where the big government owned chinese firms competing on with oil producing states.
I am basing my … I am basing my assumption on all economic forecast. Things can only go up as of the fall, foreclosure slid may go a little bit longer, say another three to six months more. Soon, you will see Chinese firms acquiring most of the foreclosed homes and bring them back to market with one and half to double the rate they pay for with a significant profit to their investment. If you have some money saved, this is the time to compete for near future profit.
@ LetItFloat – - … @ LetItFloat – - Normal, oh really. You are the first to say this, so I’ll give you all the credit when it happens. I’ve seen rents come down about 15-20%. Nothing (commercial real estate) has came close to a 50% price cut and it all remains empty. I did notice a bank has recently purchased a outparcel pad for 1.25M. Check out my other videos. I plan on revisiting these places and giving updates so stay tuned. Thanks for watching.
You will see these … You will see these office spaces will be filled in no time. Its a matter of months before things get back to normal. I would say, buy anything you see with over 50% price cut. You will be happy that you did in two to three years time.
It’s been Game Over … It’s been Game Over for quite a while in USA. Bumb american people just don’t realize that… but wait for a while and you will see the last breath of the great nation of the U.S.
Arizona is bankrupt … Arizona is bankrupt (like most of the states – and U.S. Treasury???). Empty commercial real estate EVERYwhere, for sale, for lease, for rent, cars for sale everywhere you look – on the road, and front lawns – bums and regular people walking around, furniture on peoples lawns, empty shopping carts (all the people who lost their cars I guess), etc etc. It looks like the Great Depression in my area. And the job market??? no such thing. I’m unemployed 46 weeks! WTF!? Where do you live?
