Real estate broker’s fraud trial begins in Collier Circuit Court
Real estate broker Yvonne Forbes, whose home in Lely in East Naples is under foreclosure, is accused of getting two friends to purchase properties in Golden Gate, Golden Gate Estates and Lehigh Acres that she never owned, bilking them out of roughly $671,500 and using the money to pay her own mortgage, which she was behind on.
