Just obtained my Mortgage Broker license in Florida. I know the market is tough and slow.?
I know the market is tough and slow. Can anyone offer advice on obtaining work and experience?
We are always looking for new talent. Feel free to check out our website at www.achievablemortgages.com. It will give you an idea of the type of loans we do and the commission structure. If you like what you see, give us a call at the office, ( on the website ), and ask for Larry. If I don’t hear from you, good luck to you. The market has slowed, but there is plenty of business out there for honest brokers willing to put some work into it. I look forward to speaking with you.

My sister just got her license last year in Orlando. She did lousy and just let her license expire. You really have to be a go getter in this market and sell yourself. Also, try to work for a bank, or a very reputable mortgage lender.
My sister worked for this little mom and pop shop so I think that is what her problem was.
Good luck!
